本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、crelve（以下「当方」）が提供するアプリケーション「Archly」（以下「本サービス」）のご利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスをご利用いただく前に、本規約をお読みください。
本サービスをダウンロード・インストール・使用することにより、お客様は本規約に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、本サービスをご利用いただけません。
Archlyは以下の機能を提供します：
本サービスのご利用にはGoogleアカウントによる認証が必要です。お客様はアカウント情報を適切に管理し、不正使用について責任を負うものとします。
本サービスは無料でご利用いただけますが、一部機能はプレミアムプランへのご加入が必要です。
課金はApple App Store経由で処理されます。サブスクリプションは自動更新されます。解約は各ストアのサブスクリプション設定から行ってください。払い戻しはApp Storeの規約に従います。
お客様は以下の行為を行ってはなりません：
本サービスに関する知的財産権は当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。お客様が保存した記事の著作権は各コンテンツ提供者に帰属します。
本サービスのAI要約・タグ付けはGemini AIを使用しており、内容の正確性を保証するものではありません。AI生成コンテンツを重要な判断の唯一の根拠としないことを推奨します。
本サービスは現状提供（AS IS）であり、継続的な提供を保証するものではありません。当方は本サービスの利用により生じた損害について、法令の定める範囲を超えて責任を負いません。
当方は事前の通知なく本サービスの内容を変更・停止・終了する場合があります。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本の法律に従って解釈されます。

By downloading, installing, or using Archly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Archly provides the following features:
Use of the Service requires authentication via a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.
The Service is free to use, but certain features require a Premium subscription.
Billing is processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew. To cancel, manage your subscription in the App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store policies.
You agree not to:
All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to us or our licensors. Content you save remains the property of its respective copyright holders.
AI-generated summaries and tags are produced by Gemini AI. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. Do not rely solely on AI summaries for important decisions.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
