crelve（以下「当方」）は、アプリケーション「Archly」（以下「本サービス」）における個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
第1条 収集する情報
1.1 お客様が提供する情報
- Googleアカウントの認証情報（メールアドレス・表示名）
- 保存するURLおよびその記事コンテンツ
1.2 自動的に収集される情報
- アプリの使用状況・操作ログ（Firebase Analytics）
- クラッシュレポート・エラー情報（Firebase Crashlytics）
- デバイス情報（OS、デバイスモデル等）
- 広告識別子（AdMob使用時・ATT承認後）
1.3 AIによる処理
お客様が保存した記事のURLおよびコンテンツは、Gemini AI（Google）に送信され、要約・タグ付け・セマンティック検索のためのベクトルデータ生成に使用されます。
第2条 情報の利用目的
- 本サービスの提供・改善
- AI機能（要約・タグ付け・検索）の実行
- 週次インサイトレポートの生成・通知
- バグ修正・クラッシュ解析
- 広告の表示（無料プランのみ）
- 課金・サブスクリプション管理
第3条 第三者提供
当方は以下のサービスに情報を提供します：
法令に基づく開示要求がある場合を除き、上記以外の第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。
第4条 データの保存
お客様のデータはFirebase（Google Cloud）に保存されます。アカウントを削除した場合、Firestore上のデータは削除されます。Analyticsデータは匿名化されます。
第5条 データのセキュリティ
当方はFirebaseのセキュリティ機能・アクセス制御を使用してデータを保護します。ただし、インターネット経由のデータ転送が完全に安全であることを保証するものではありません。
第6条 お客様の権利
お客様は以下の権利を有します：
- ご自身のデータへのアクセス・修正
- アカウントの削除（アプリ設定から実行可能）
- 広告トラッキングの拒否（iOS ATT設定から変更可能）
第7条 子どものプライバシー
本サービスは13歳未満の方を対象としておらず、意図的に13歳未満の方から個人情報を収集することはありません。
第8条 ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合、アプリまたは本ページにて通知します。重要な変更については、施行日の前に通知します。

crelve ("we," "us") operates Archly (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

- Google account credentials (email address, display name) for authentication
- URLs and article content you save to the Service
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
- App usage and interaction logs (Firebase Analytics)
- Crash reports and error information (Firebase Crashlytics)
- Device information (OS version, device model, etc.)
- Advertising identifier (AdMob, only after ATT consent)
1.3 AI Processing
URLs and content of articles you save are sent to Gemini AI (Google) to generate summaries, tags, and vector embeddings for semantic search.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Providing and improving the Service
- Running AI features (summaries, tagging, search)
- Generating and delivering weekly AI insight reports
- Bug fixing and crash analysis
- Displaying ads (free plan only)
- Managing subscriptions and billing
3. Third-Party Services
We share information with the following services:
- Google Firebase (auth, database, analytics, crash reporting) — Firebase Privacy
- Google Gemini AI (article summaries, tagging, vector search)
- Google AdMob (advertising, free plan only) — Google Privacy
- RevenueCat (subscription management) — RevenueCat Privacy
We do not sell or share your personal information with any other third parties, except as required by law.
4. Data Storage and Retention
Your data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud). Deleting your account removes your Firestore data. Analytics data is anonymized and retained per Firebase's data retention policies.
5. Data Security
We use Firebase security features and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and update your personal information within the app
- Delete your account and associated data (available in app settings)
- Opt out of ad tracking via iOS App Tracking Transparency settings
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or this page before the effective date.
